Manoj Trading Company was founded in 1995 by Manoj Chhajed, built on a simple conviction: that Ayurveda's raw materials deserve the same rigor and care as the traditions they serve. What began as a hands-on, founder-led operation has grown into a trusted name in herbal raw material sourcing — while never losing the personal attention and quality discipline it started with.
From One Product to a Full Range
What began as a single-product company built around Terminalia Chebula (Himej/Haritaki) has since grown into a broader herbal raw materials business. While Terminalia Chebula remains our core strength — with an annual supply capacity of approximately 2,600 MT — we have expanded our range to include products such as Amla Powder, Jamun Seed Powder, Shikakai, and more, serving Ayurvedic manufacturers, pharmaceutical buyers, and export markets across India and abroad.

Three decades in this trade have taught me that quality cannot be delegated — it has to be lived. I've spent years close to the source and close to the product, and that's exactly how I still run this business today: hands-on, involved in every detail, and close to every order that leaves our facility. That's the only way I know how to build something worth trusting.
